Delicious tomato chips recipe prepared with the healthy tomatoes that are naturally grown in the technological Agrotermal greenhouses equipped with geothermal heating.

Ingredients
50 gr. tomato powder
100 gr. potato
100 gr. starch
20 gr. salt
10 gr. black pepper

Key Points

Rolling out the dough thinly will help to make the chips crispier. In order for the baked chips to be crispy, they can be fried over high heat for a short period of time at the final stage. There should be enough distance between the chips so that they do not stick to each other while cooking.

How to Cook?

Add the tomato powder, mashed potatoes, starch, salt and black pepper into a large mixing bowl.
Mix the ingredients in the mixing bowl until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without any sediment formation.
Add the flour to the mixture and knead until you have a soft dough again without any sediment formation.
Transfer the dough to a clean surface that has been lightly floured. By doing this, you will prevent the dough from sticking to the surface while you are shaping the dough.
Roll out the dough thinly with the help of a rolling pin.
Cut the thinly rolled out dough into any size and shape that you want to get. While cutting the dough, you can use the leftover pieces by reshaping them.
Place the dough pieces you have cut and shaped into chips on a baking tray covered with greaseproof baking paper, keeping small gaps between the pieces.
Bake the chips in an oven that has been preheated to 120 degrees for a total of 20 minutes.
Leave the chips out of the oven and let them cool.
Fry the cooled chips using a small amount of oil until they become crispy.
You can serve the chips you have fried with the sauces of your choice.
