Ingredients
For the dough;
400 gr. flour
14 gr. yeast
10 gr. sugar
100 gr. of water
For the fillings of the pizza;
100 gr. kashar cheese
4 pieces of tomato
40 gr fresh basil
10 gr. of olive oil

Key Points

Having a good fermentation of the pizza dough will ensure that the pizza is both light and fluffy. Preheating the oven will also contribute to the pizza having a crispy base. Adding fresh basil leaves at the end of the baking process will help the leaves to retain their freshness and make the flavour felt more intensely.

How to Cook?

Add the yeast, sugar and warm water to a mixing bowl. With the help of a whisk or a spoon, stir these ingredients thoroughly until they are completely dissolved.
Pour the flour onto a large and clean surface and spread the flour out in the centre of the bowl to create the shape of a pool.
Pour the yeast mixture into the deep pool in the centre of the flour and gently start kneading the dough by mixing the flour into the yeast mixture from the outside to the inside.
Knead the dough thoroughly until it gets a smooth consistency and does not stick to your hands. This consistency can be achieved after about 10 minutes of kneading.
After kneading the dough, cover it with a clean cloth. Leave the dough to ferment in a warm place for approximately one hour.
Lightly sprinkle flour on a large and clean surface and then transfer the fermented dough to this surface. Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin until it reaches the shape and size of a pizza.
Grate the kashar cheese and sprinkle it evenly all over the rolled-out dough.
Slice the tomatoes and spread them evenly over the dough together with the fresh basil leaves.
Pour olive oil over the pizza base you have prepared and spread the base slightly. The olive oil will help the pizza to turn into a golden colour and make the edges crispy.
Set and preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Place the prepared pizza on a baking tray that has been laid out with greaseproof paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned.
Remove the baked pizza from the oven and slice it into the sizes you desire, then serve it while it is still hot. Serving the pizza while it is still hot ensures a tastier presentation in terms of melted cheese.
